German stallion owner Paul Schockemohle has bought the full ownership share in the Oldenburg licensed stallion For Romance II from his business partner Lone Boegh Henriksen.

The Danish Boegh Henriksen decided to sell her 50% share in the dark bay stallion as the Danish warmblood society decided not to license the stallion for their breed society in 2017.

"Realizing that the stallion is largely used outside Denmark's borders because he has not been licensed by Danish warmblood, we sold back our share to Paul Schockemohle," Lone explained. "We are looking forward to investing in other top stallions together with our long time partner Paul."

For Romance II is by Furst Romancier out of Gesina (by Sir Donnerhall x Don Schufro).

Boegh Henriksen purchased half ownership of the stallion in 2015. The stallion was licensed with the Oldenburg Verband in 2016. His first crop of foals was born in 2017.

Boegh Henriksen is also partner with Schockemohle in stallions Furstenball, Fursten-Lool, Vitalis, De Angelo, and Dragon Hill.
