Donnerknispel MLP and Future of W Win 2019 Langenfeld Bundeschampionate Qualifier

The 5-year old Donnerknispel MLP and the 6-year old Future of W became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the Rhinelander Regional Championships in Langenfeld, Germany, on Sunday 7 July 2019. 

Seventeen horses were entered in the 5-year old division and local professional Lydia Camp, who was the 2006 European Pony Champion, steered Maja Petermeier's Rhinelander gelding Donnerknispel MLP (by Daley Thompson x Donnerhall) to victory with 8.2. The dark bay gelding earned 8 for walk, trot, canter, and 8.5 for submission and general impression. German junior team member Romy Allard tied in second place on 8.0, together with professional Christine Nolden. Allard and the DSP stallion Quel Rubin (by Quadrofino) got 8 for walk, trot, canter, 7.5 for submission and 8.5 for general impression, while Nolden on Christian Jansen's Hanoverian mare Bond Girl (by Bretton Woods x For Compliment) got 8 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 7.5 for canter, and 8 for submission and general impression. 

Just four duos rode the M-level dressage horse test for 6-year olds. Norwegian Frode Nesheim and ZG Werth's breeding product, Rhinelander mare Future of W (by Furstenball x Windspiel As) topped the board with 8.0. The bay mare got 8 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 7.5 for canter, 8 for submission and general impression. She sold at auction in Verden last year for 125,000 euro. Lina Claren and the Rhinelander mare Viva La Nera (by Vitalis x Fioretto N) were second with 7.6. The dark bay mare got 8 for walk, and 7.5 for trot, canter, submission and general impression.
