Malibu II

1992 New Forest Pony, licensed stallion. 148 cm. Drop dead gorgeous.

Malibu II is born in Germany in 1992, became Siegerhengst and was sold to Denmark as a breeding stallion. He got the highest score ever given to a pony at his 35 days test at Vilhelmsborg (892 points). He scored 9 for capacity for dressage, 10 for capacity for jumping and 10 for character. Presently he has 2 sons on the Danish dressage team, and he became an elite stallion in 2002.

At the Danish championships for Danish sport ponies he won gold for dressage and bronze for jumping. Current owner/rider became regional Belgian champion with him and MSP project winner level 3 in 2004. In 2005 Malibu moved on to the FEI tests and was selected for several international competitions and the European Championships. They won 1 place the finals "freestyle to music" at the Belgian Championships. He has been a regular member of the Belgian Pony team and competed at several European Pony Championships, including the 2006 Europeans at Saumur.

Malibu II has several licensed offspring standing at stud in Denmark and is a wonderful producer of sport ponies. One of his offsprings competed in the individual finals at the 2006 European Pony Championships in Saumur. Though Malibu is a stallion, he is 100% safe and never behaves like one. Totally safe for smaller children. He's a consistent 65 - 67% scoring FEI pony and can score even more with the right rider.
