Furst Ferro is a very athletic, balanced and talented yearling colt with correct conformation and extraordinary gaits.

He is friendly and easy to handle, stands for farrier and loads well. While he is learning the foal ABCs is is also turned out in a herd of colts in huge fields to enjoy lots of exercise and grow strong bones and ligaments.

Furst showed Current Year Champion and a third place in the USDF Year-End awards with an overall score of 80.9.

This striking black colt is exquisitely bred. His half brother is the approved stallion Furst Gribaldi, who himself has won many championship titles and was licensed at the 50-Day stallion test in Schlieckau. His dam Etched in Black, a stallion mother, herself has earned many national championship titles and consistently produces very high quality offspring. She brings the rare and sought after Gribaldi blood into the pedigree. She passed on to him his very active hind, excellent conformation and beauty.

His sire Friendscount II combining Furst Heinrich, DeNiro and Wolkentanz bloodlines is a producer of foals of excellent conformation, athleticism and temperament.

Furst Ferro was deemed a stallion prospect by the the breed show judges. He is for sale to a competitive home.
