The 5-year old Happy Highness and the 6-year old Danccini were the winning horses in the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show hosted at Gestut Bonhomme in Werder, Germany, on 20 - 23 June 2013. Thirty-two youngsters in total gathered in Warendorf to achieve a Bundeschampionate qualification score.
In the 5-year old division Alexis Vrachoritis and Antoinette Funck's bay Trakehner mare Happy Highness (by Kaiserdom x Fahnenträger) scored the highest mark of 7.7 to win the L-level class. Mike Kendzierske and Gabriele Lichtblau's Hanoverian stallion Laudon (by Lauries Crusador xx x Donnerhall) were the runners up with 7.5.
Marion Loew and her own Hanoverian gelding Danccini (by Don Crusador) reigned in the 6-year old division, scoring a winning mark of 8.3. Lena Feistkorn and Landgestut Redefin's German Sport horse gelding Herzensfurst (by Herzensdieb x Furst Heinrich) finished second with 8.2. Two horses tied in third place with 8.0: Frederic Wandres on the Mecklenburger gelding Sylvester (by Sir Donnerhall x La Pico) and Norwegian Isabel Bache and the Hanoverian gelding Bobcat (by Breitling W x Silvano).
