The show jumping bred Notredame van 't Roosakker (by Diaamnt de Semilly x Kannan) became the best seller of the 2018 Starsale KWPN foal auction which was held in Drachten, The Netherlands, on 31 August 2018.

The embryotransfer foal sold for 53,000 euro. Her full brother Notthingham van 't Roosakker sold for 35,000 euro.

The most expensive dressage foal was the bay colt Nique (by Just Wimphof x Apache). He fetched an auction price of 26,000 euro.

Jumper foals clearly sold better at this auction, with more jumpers selling over 10,000 euro than dressage bred foals.

The black colt Nesperado M (by Desperado x Sorento) fetched 10,500 euro, while the bay colt Newton NL (by Indian Rock x Ferro) sold for 10,000 euro.

Filly Nensie (by Ebony x De Niro) switched owners for 8,500 euro.

A collection of no less than 78 foals was on offer. The average price for a foal was approximately 8,000 euro.
