Former German Under 25 Champion Stella Charlott Roth has received the ride on the Dressage Performance Centre owned and licensed stallions For Final and Rock for Me.
The now 28-year old Roth was the winner of the 2012 Piaff Forderpreis Finals on Diva Royal, which her coach at the time, Dorothee Schneider, rode at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
After wrapping up her Bachelor's degree, Roth started her own business as a dressage rider and moved from her home base Alsbach near Frankfurt to the North West of Germany. She settled in Quackenbruck in March 2015, first working out of stable Meurer in Bippen and now she is based at equestrian centre Gramann in Vechta.
Stella began riding her first horses for the Swiss Wespe family, which owns the Lodbergen stallion station, in the winter of 2015.
"Since our co-operation went really well, the Wespe family asked me to ride two stallions for Lodbergen," Stella told Eurodressage.
Roth has been allocated the ride on the 4-year old Oldenburg stallion For Final (by For Romance x Dimaggio) as well as the 6-year old Westfalian stallion Rock for Me (by Rock Forever x Florencio).
The black For Final was first competed by Kira Wegmann in the summer of 2016 before Stefanie Ahlert took over. She rode the black to the reserve champion's title at the 2017 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf. The bay Rock for Me was started by Lukas Fischer and made his show debut in May 2015. His last show was in May 2016 at L-level. Rock For Me did not compete in 2017.
Roth has been competing her own Rubin Action OLD, a 14-year old Oldenburg gelding by Rohdiamant x Grundstein II, extensively at international Grand Prix level with CDI starts in Lier, Nieuw en St. Joosland, Aalborg, Hamburg, Cappeln, Verden and Darmstadt this year.
