Westphalian Golden Autumn – 2024 Handorf Auction Festival

From foal to Olympic champion, from amateur horse to top athlete: that's the motto here! 

An unprecedented three-day auction festival will take place at the Westphalian Horse Centre in Münster-Handorf, Germany. From foals over unridden youngsters to successful competition horses, everyone can find a suitable partner here.

On Sunday afternoon, September 29, the auction of dressage horses and youngsters will take palce. The auction will be opened by one very special horse: The reigning Bundeschampionesse of three-year-old riding horses bears the special head number 1001. Senorita la Bonita by Sir Heinrich/Westernhagen impressed spectators and judges at the Bundeschampionat. For trot and canter the she recieved the ideal mark 10.0.

With the head number one another special horse will enter the auction ring: Viabella is a three-year-old daughter of the sought after stallion Von und Zu who impressed last year with his first vintage at the licensing places all around.

The lot is completed by six unridden youngsters. Here specialists have the chance to purchase a young stallion for the next licensing. The first youngster in the ring will be with the head number 20 a son of Benicio/Dancier with the significant name: Be a Star.

Already on Saturday evening, September 28, 30 foals will be auctioned off. With the head number 2 a colt with striking markings opens the lot of dressage foals. Top Extrazauber by Escaneno/Zoom is the full brother to Top Extrabunt who was sold at a Westphalian Auction last year for 55.000 Euros.

The riding horses are stabled at the Westphalian Horse Center and can be tried out at any time after consultation with the customer advisors.
