Gestüt Sprehe is looking for an experienced rider who can trained the 5 - 7 year old horses up to FEI and S-level.
The candidate will be part of the current team and gets his/her own group of allocated horses, mostly stallions, to train and develop up the levels. S/he needs to have experience up to Prix St Georges/Intermediaire II level and able to train young horses up to M/S-level.
A strong rider is sought who is self-confident and who has is unafraid, has experience, feeling and talent. S/he needs to be able to handle stallions and can make them shine at competitions.
No breaking in, nor 3-year olds need to be ridden. It concerns the progressive training of the more experienced young horses up to FEI level with the task to compete them at big national and international shows.
The candidate will get regular coaching from top trainers and will be supervised by team leader Sabine Rueben.
This is a unique opportunity to ride talented dressage horses while continuing one's ongoing development as a rider.
