Fabian and Carina Scholz of Sportpferde Scholz are looking for a stable manager to assist in the daily management of their yard in Sassenberg near Warendorf, Germany.
Sportpferde Scholz focuses on the training of dressage horses from young horse level to Grand Prix, as well as the education of select group of students. Furthermore Scholz is well known for the scouting and sales of talented dressage horses. Carina Scholz is a German squad listed Grand Prix rider.
The stable manager will join a team of 10 people and approx. 40 horses. S/he has to be dedicated and detail oriented.
The position includes not only the daily handling and grooming of the horses, but also the responsibility for the stable management. This includes, for example, the organisation of the yard, the management of the team, as well as the supervision of the trainees. Scholz attaches great importance to the highest standards, the welfare of their horses, and a strong team spirit.
