According to the Dutch magazine De Hoefslag, Leida Collins-Strijk has purchased 75% of the KWPN breeding stallion Polansky. The 8-year old German bred stallion by Kostolany x Donnerhall is trained at Prix St Georges level
and used to be ridden by Arjen Teeuwissen.
Based in Riethoven, The Netherlands, Collins-Strijk purchased the largest part of the horse with her husband Bermudan Tim Collins. The remaining 25% is still owned by Jaques Maree and Tim Coomans. The original plan was for Teeuwissen to compete the black stallion in the small tour, but the sale to Strijk took place before he was able to show the horse.
