Management agency BMC has added the combination Marlies van Baalen/Relevant to their sponsorship plan. BMC has been sponsoring show jumper Jeroen Dubbeldam and several of Van Baalen's horses for a short while
, but the BMC Group is looking to support more talented combinations. Gestut Vorwerk's Oldenburg licensed stallion Relevant (by Rubinstein) is the newest member of their plan.
Up to now, Van Baalen has three horses that receive financial support from BMC: Kigali, Pasternak and Roman Nature, the latter is owned by trainer Johann Hinnemann. Marlies van Baalen got the ride over Relevant in the autumn of 2005 and first competed the stallion internationally at the CDI-W in Mechelen, Belgium.
The young Marlies van Baalen has three other upcoming FEI horses in training: Laurentianer, Wijdewormer's Poseideon and Babalou.
