Renowned American breeder Angela Barilar passed away after a short illness on Saturday 31 July 2010. As founder of High Point Hanoverians, Barilar offered stallions such as Rosenthal, Davignport, Sinatro Song, and Furst Impression for breeding
and she briefly stood Feinbrand at stud.
Barilar has always been a constant presence at Dressage at Devon Breed Show, where her quality horses and foals represented the American Breeder in action.
She discovered just four months ago she had stage four brain cancer and embraced the remainder of her life the way she has lived all along, with humor, love and her passion for her family, her horses and her farm.
