Based on the results produced at the 2013 Preis der Besten in Warendorf, German pony team trainer Cornelia Endres made her recommendations for an updated of the German Pony A-team to the Workgroup Youth of the DOKR Dressage Selection Committee.
The current German Pony A-team includes:
- Hannah Cichos - Massimiliano and Equestricons Lord Champion
- Francesca Heil - Dein Freund
- Sophie Kampmann - Voyager
- Celine König - Dorn and Daddy's Daydream
- Nadine Krause - Danilo
- Vanessa Theresa Oppowa - Giglberg Spotlight and Casino Royale K
- Semmieke Rothenberger - Deinhard B, Paso Double and Golden Girl
- Anouk Wiemers - Die feine Chanel
