The 5-year old Sir Solitär and the 6-year old Genesis were the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the 2015 Baden Wurttemberger Regional Championships in Tubingen, Germany, on 3 - 5 July 2015. Only a small group of horses were present in Tubingen for an attempt to qualify for Warendorf.
Katrin Burger won the 5-year old division aboard Lothar Merkt's Baden Wurttemberger bred stallion Sir Solitär (by Sir Sandro x Disco Tänzer). The pair scored a very big 8.6 total with 8.5 for trot and canter, 8 for walk and 9 for submission and general impression. They edged out Julia Machat on Franziska Elsen's Wurttemberger bred Leandra de Vito (by Lehmann x Danny de Vito). The duo got 8.0 from the judges with 8.5 for walk and trot, 8 for canter, 7 for submission and 8 for general impression.
Nicole Casper and the Westfalian stallion Genesis (by Gribaldi x Sir Donnerhall) topped the leader board in the 6-year old division with an 8.7 total score. The dark bay stallion got high marks with 8.5 for trot and canter, 9 for walk, 8.5 for submission and 9 for general impression. Casper also finished second on Don't Stop Me (by Don Diamond x Life is Life) with an 8.5 total. The Bavarian stallion got 8.5 for walk and trot, 8 for canter, 9 for submission and 8.5 for general impression.
