Patrice GE, Top Seller at the 2015 South German Foal Auction

The black filly Patrice GE became the top selling foal at the 2015 South German Foal Auction held in Nördlingen on Saturday 25 July 2015. The striking filly sold for 23,000 euro.

Patrice GE is bred by Stefan Jahn at Gestut Elstertal in Wolfersdorf, Germany, and is by Santo Dimingo  x Furst Romancier.  The filly sold to Jorg Schrödter for one of his clients.

The second most expensive foal of the auction was a colt by Finest, bred by brood farm Freistedt/Schulz. He sold for 20,000 euro to Susanna Limbecker.

The most expensive jumper foal was a colt by Verdi, which sold for 11,100 euro. He sold to Ireland.

Twelve foals in total sold for more than 10,000 euro, which brought the average sales price to 7,785 euro per foal.
