2015 PSI Auction

Numerous PSI sold auction horses stood out in the show ring during an active month of competition in December 2015. PSI discovered horses Legolas, Don Noblesse, For Compliment, and St. Emilion claimed trophies and ribbons at major international events such as the 2015 U.S. Grand Prix Championships, German Developing PSG Horse Championships and CDI Frankfurt.

It was a great end of year highlight for the Performance Sales International team with their carefully selected, trained and sold dressage starts doing extremely well at the 2015 CDI Frankfurt in the "Frankfurter Festhallen" right before Christmas.

In the 2015 Nürnberger Burgpokal finals for Developing Prix St Georges horses P.S.I. beau Don Noblesse (P.S.I. auction 2012, by Dancier x Don Davidoff) finished seventh overall. Under German based British rider Susan Pape the gorgeous licensed black stallion scored 69.976%.

In the international Grand Prix tour at the CDI Frankfurt, Dorothee Schneider and Ullrich Equine's St. Emilion (P.S.I. auction 2008, by Sandro Hit x Ehrenwort) finished fourth with 75,325% in the GP freestyle. They were closely followed by another P.S.I. horse in 5th place, the licensed breeding stallion For Compliment (P.S.I. auction 2009, by Fidermark  x Compliment) under Swiss team rider Birgit Wientzek-Pläge. They scored 72.975%.

At the 2015 US Dressage Championships in Wellington, Florida, on 9 - 12 December 2015, Steffen Peters won the silver medal on PSI horse Legolas. Owned by Akiko Yamazaki's Four Winds Farm, Legolas (P.S.I. auction 2006, by Laomedon x Florestan II) won silver overall after winning the Grand Prix freestyle with 77.675%. Legolas was also named the U.S.D.F. Grand Prix Horse of the Year for the fourth consecutive year.
