Nadine Brandtner has been hired as project manager for the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses. As a result of the growth and development of the WBFSH the organisation needed to expand its team.

Earlier in 2016 the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses advertised for a position as WBFSH Project Manager to manage specific WBFSH projects to enhance the profile of the organisation and provide additional services to member studbooks and to contribute to the management and development of the organisation.

Brandtner grew up in South Africa in a family which breeds thoroughbred racehorse. She developed her own personal passion is dressage. She is a trained pharmacist and has been active in the South African Warmblood Horse Society for many years, later as regional coordinator of the Western Cape. After spending the last 6 months in the UK, she recently relocated to Germany to take on her role for the WBFSH.

Her duties include coordinating specific WBFSH projects identified by the board to help raise the profile of the WBFSH & to provide additional support to member studbooks. As such, she will be contributing to the management of the organisation by supporting the Executive Committee members in carrying out specific tasks and the President in promoting and developing the organisation.

Nadine has already had the pleasure of meeting some of the studbooks at the World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, Lanaken and Lion D’Anger and looks forward to meeting some more of you in the future - perhaps at the General Assembly 2016 in Geneva in December.
