Seth Boschman's Grand Prix horse Adriaan RVL has been sold as a schoolmaster to the U.S.A. The 12-year old Dutch warmblood (by Special D x Darwin) sold to Janek and Yvonne de Haan from Florida, U.S.A.
Adriaan is bred by J. Dijkhuizen and was originally named Andor. He was bought by Robin van Lierop, Boschman's life partner, as a 3-year old.
Van Lierop and Adriaan made their international show debut at small tour level at the 2013 CDI Lingen, where they finished 11th in the Prix St Georges (65.684%) and 10th in the Intermediaire I (62.053%).
In 2014 Boschman took over the ride and rode the small tour at the CDI's in Villach, Perl, Vierzon, and Cappeln. They only did one international in 2015: the medium tour at the CDI Perl. In 2016 they only rode one CDI in Nieuw en St. Joosland, where the horse did the Grand Prix and Special achieving scores of 60.360% and 63.725%.
The 12-year old Dutch warmblood apparently sold (as Andor) at the 2016 Equine Elite auction at Stable Korenbloem in Weert but the final bid of 125,000 euro for him proved to be a non-sale. However, the horse now sold privately to the U.S.A.
