The 4-year old bay gelding Zanetti (by Zonik x San Amour) became the best selling horse at the riding horse auction, which the South German Breed Society held during the 2017 CDI Munich. Zanetti sold for 35,000 euro.
The auction included a mix of young dressage and show jumping bred sport horses. Out of a collection of 25, 4 dropped out before the auction and one did not get a bid.
The second most expensive horse was the jumper Zero Limits (by Zidane x Concorde) which switched owners for 28,000 euro. Samaya (by Sergeant Pepper x Kolibri) fetched a price of 25,500 euro.
The 4-year old bay gelding Da Vinci (by Diamond Hit x Rubinstein) switched owners for 20,00 euro, while the hammer struck at 19,000 euro for the 4-year old bay mare Filorga (by Furst Piccolo x Ehrentanz). The 4-year old black gelding Davidoff (by Decurio x Faustinus) sold for 15,000 euro.
