The Danish Equestrian Federation has appointed Mette Müller as the new Danish Under 25 team captain.

Mette will handle the day-to-day management of this division and help develop riders even more through ongoing training meetings. She will also serve as team captain at  at this year's championships.

Mette will work closely with Grand Prix team captain Helle Krasnik Trolle and Grand Prix team trainer Nathalie zu Sayn Wittgenstein.

"The Danish U25 group has progressed by leaps and bounds over the last couple of years. With the appointment of Mette Müller as team leader for the U25 riders, this group will be further strengthened," said the DRF press chef. "The championships often coincide with - or are close to - seniors' championships, and one has had to say that it is difficult to focus thoroughly on two age groups at the same time. With the appointment of a new team leader, the working conditions and the workflow around both groups are significantly improved."

“I am looking forward to helping develop the Danish U25 riders even more," said Müller. "The squad has grown significantly over the last few years, and I am looking forward to contributing to strengthening, developing and focusing even more on this age group.”
