German team member Jessica von Bredow-Werndl has secured the ride on the 5-year old Danish warmblood licensed stallion Got It.
Got It is a 2015 born Danish warmblood stallion by Grand Galaxy Win out of Cathrine Rasmussen's Grand Prix mare Dream Time (by Don Schufro x Leandro). He is bred by Morten Thomsen.
As a 3-year old Got It was licensed at the 2018 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing in Herning, co-owned by Thomsen and Helgstrand Dressage. He was the second best scoring stallion in the 2018 DWB Stallion Performance Test, finishing with 858 points. He earned 8.5 and 9.0 for rideability, 8.5 and 9.0 for walk, 8 for trot, 9 for canter and 8.5 for potential.
The stallion has only been competed twice so far. In Mette Sejbjerg Jensen qualified him for the 2019 Danish Young Horse Championships with a 87.2 score at the CDN Svenstrup. At the Championships a month later, the horse was not in his element and placed last in the preliminary test with 70.6 out of 38 combinations.
Got It has now been sold to the Swiss Beatrice Burchler-Keller, a long-time sponsor of German team rider Jessica von Bredow-Werndl, in partnership with the Werndl family and Uli Tawfik, a friend of the family.
"We discovered him at Morten Thomsen's place," Jessica told Eurodressage. "We’ve been training with Morten for 4 years now."
"She continued: "A week ago Got It moved into his stall here in Aubenhausen and I'm looking forward to training him."
