The 5-year old Diaton and the 6-year old Forever Valentine became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualifier held at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen, Germany, on 2 June 2021.

The two L and M-level dressage horses classes were packed with riders representing eight different countries.

5-YO: Diaton

Twenty combinations competed in the 5-year old division, which was judged by Ute von Platen, Katja Westendarp, and Heinz-Holger Lammers. No less than 8 combinations achieved the required 8.0 or more to make it to Warendorf.
