A British dressage fan paid 180,000 euro for the price highlight of the 2021 Performance Plus Online Auction, which concluded on Monday 14 June 2021.
Sixteen young dressage horses of which 13 were 3-year olds and three were 4-year olds were included in the collection.
The top seller was the 3-year old KWPN bred New Secret, who is by Secret out of Ferrolina (by Ferro x Farmer), a full sister of Jordi Domingo's Olympic horse Prestige. He is bred by Adriaan van de Goor and was presented at first phase of the 2021 KWPN stallion licensing but not accepted. The black sold in the Performance Plus auction for 180,000 euro to Paul Jordan in Great Britain.
The four other highest priced horses will all stay in The Netherlands. The 3-year old colt Neodono Paulowna (by Totilas x Florencio) sold for 41,000 euro.
The 3-year old gelding Nolleke TK (by Jakarta x Ferro) found a new owner for 29,000 euro, while the 3-year old Ivy League (by Ibiza x Samarant) fetched 25,000 euro.
The 3-year old gelding Nouveau Noir VDK (by Inclusive x Negro) sold for 23,000 euro.
