The 5-year old Bollinger and the 6-year old Danny Cool were the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the regional show at equestrian centre Kranichstein in Darmstadt, Germany, on 25 July 2021.
5-YO: Bollinger
Twenty-one combinations competed in the L-level dressage horse test for 5-year olds, which was judged by Tim Koch, Klaus Eikermann and Sonja Pilton. An interesting fact is that no less than six Bon Coeur offspring competed in the class. A quite a big number of combinations called it quits, five combinations retired from their test.
Persevering were Lukas Fischer and DSP stallion Bollinger (by Bon Coeur x Dimaggio). They topped the board with an 8.3 score. The black stallion scored 8.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 7 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. The stallion is owned by the company EMC2 Horses behind Belgian dressage rider Elisabeth Tepper.
Anna-Lisa Schepper and Silvia Walter's DSP mare EMH Rock 'n Rose (by Rock my Soul x Sir Donnerhall) were the runners-up with 8.2 points. The dark bay mare got 8 for walk, 8.5 for trot and canter, and 8 for submission and general impression.
6-YO: Danny Cool
Sixteen combinations competed in the M-level dressage horse test for 6-year olds, which was judged by Peter Mannheims, Sonja Pilton and Knut Danzberg.
Lisa Horler and Margit Eisner's DSP gelding Danny Coopl (by Danciano de Malleret x Sandro Hit) aced the division with one of the season high scores, 9.0 points. The dark bay stallion scored a 10 for walk, 9 for trot and canter, 8 for submission and 9 for general impression.
Katrin Burger and Deuerer Horses' Hanoverian gelding Sarotti de Leona (by Sarotti Mocca Sahne x Don Bosco) slotted in second with 8.4 points. They got 8.5 for walk and trot, 8 for canter and 8.5 for submission and general impression.
