The Hungarian equestrian federation will be sending two individual riders to the 2022 World Championships Dressage in Herning (DEN) on 6 - 11 August 2022.

Even though a team of four had qualified for Herning, just two riders in the end will make the tripe. Under 25 rider Benedek Pachl's mare Donna Friderika has only recently recovered from a small injury and Nikolett Szalai has just given birth to her first baby.

Therefore, Hungary will be represented by two individuals:

  • Anikó Losonczy - Dior S
  • Csaba Szokola - Enying

They will be captained by chef d'equipe Zsófia Dallos and with Iryna Lis serving as team trainer. Dr. Péter Jenei is the team veterinarian.

Hungary will also be represented by one individual rider - Ildikó Fonyódi - in the 2022 World Para Dressage Championships in Herning.
