The highlight of the year is just around the corner: The Oldenburg Stallion Days on the 12th till 14th January await outstanding dressage and show jumping stallions. Only the best stallions have been admitted to the Oldenburg licensing. If you do not have the opportunity to come to Vechta in person, you can follow the Oldenburg Stallion Days live on the Oldenburg homepage or at Clipmyhorse.tv.
Both the Oldenburg homepage and Clipmyhorse.tv will broadcast the Stallion Days live from Thursday morning. In addition, you will have the opportunity to view archived footage of already completed licensing subdivisions already during the event. Use the following link to access the archive.
The livestream on the Oldenburg homepage and at Clipmyhorse will include all the stallion approvals as well as the award ceremony, the stallion market and the stallion gala. For the first time, the licensing will be commented on Clipmyhorse in German, English and Dutch.
Stallion Licensing Candidates in Action
On Thursday 12 January the presentation on the triangle will open the Oldenburg Stallion Days at 11.00 am. From 3.00 p.m. the dressage stallions will present themselves in their second test section, the lunging.
On Friday 13 January, the stallions will show themselves in freedom according to their discipline. At 8.30 a.m. the running loose and free jumping of the jumping stallions begins. The dressage stallions will fascinate from 4.00 p.m. onwards during their running loose.
Saturday 14 January, is packed with highlights. First, at 9.30 a.m., there will be an exciting award ceremony with the selection of the winning stallions. Afterwards, the best four-year-old stallions who have already presented their first foal crop in a post-breeding inspection will compete for the title of main premium winner. From 1.00 p.m. onwards the Oldenburg Stallion Market will start with an exciting auction where the licensed and non-licensed stallions will be auctioned off. The day concludes with the Althengst Stallion parade.
