Belgium
The Belgian Olympic Committee (BOIC) has announced the dressage teams that will represent Belgium at the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.
The Belgian equestrian federation made its recommendation, based on the opinion of team manager Jeroen Van Lent, to the BOIC which was ratified on 6 July.
The Belgian Dressage Team includes
- Flore De Winne - Flynn FRH (Hann, Fahrenheit x Sir Oldenburg)
- Domien Michiels - Intermezzo van het Meerdaalhof (BWP, Gribaldi x Balzflug)
- Larissa Pauluis - Flambeau (KWPN, Ampere x Zeoliet) - reserve horse: First Step Valentin
The first, travelling reserve is:
- Charlotte Defalque - Botticelli (KWPN, Vivaldi x Koss)
The non-traveling reserves are:
- Amandine Prévost - Quaterdance (DSP, Quaterback x Expo’se)
- Laurence Roos - Fil Rouge (BWP, Stedinger x Argentinus)
The team will go into training camp at Brauwers' farm in Jabbeke, Belgium before heading to Versailles.
The Belgian Para Dressage team includes:
- Manon Claeys - Katharina Sollenburg (KWPN, Electron Sollenburg x Jazz)
- Michèle George - Best of 8 (HANN, Bonifatius x Maurice)
- Barbara Minneci - Stuart (OLDBG, Sir Donnerhall x Diamond Hit)
The travelling reserve is
- Kevin Van Ham en Eros van ons Heem (KWPN, Johnson x Ferro)
The non-travelling reserves are:
- Emma Vercammen - Fibonnaci Ballante (OLDBG, Fidertanz x Rubinstein)
- Charlotte Couckuyt - Picador van het Leiedal (BWP, Arezzo x Ksar-Sitte)
