German Horses Selected for 2024 World Young Horse Championships

The German Equestrian Federation announced the athlete-and-horse combinations that will represent Germany at the 2024 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, from September 4-8, 2024.

Two selection trials took place: a first one in Warendorf on 25 - 27 June and the second at the same venue on 13 August 2024. 

As the largest dressage horse breeding nation in the world, Germany gets to send the largest amount of horses to the WCYH with 8 horses per age category. Of the 24 horses selected, no less than 13 are stallions. In the 7-year old group two brand new additions were added to the team who did not make the long-list after the first selection trial: Blue FRH and Life Time.
