Isabell Werth will not be competing Quantaz at the World Cup qualifier in Wellington on 19 - 20 February 2026 as announced. A different has been shipped to Florida.

Aiming for Texas?

The 16-year old DSP registered Quantaz (by Quaterback x Hohenstein) last competed almost a year ago at the 2025 World Cup Finals in Basel (SUI) in April.

Owned by Victoria Max-Theurer and Madeleine Winter-Schuzle, Quantaz was entered for the CDI-W Amsterdam, but replaced last minute by Wendy. Werth indicated in Amsterdam she wants to ride the World Cup Finals in Fort Worth, TX with Quantaz but has yet to qualify the stallion.

Wellington would have been Quantaz' first CDI-W of the season, but it will not happen. Instead Werth has brought over her new client Natalie Stickling-Morzynski's recently acquired Special Blend for the show.

Werth's arrival in Wellington a few days ago has the town buzzing with excitement. Based for the week at her business partner yard, Andreas Helgstrand's rented property Eagle Tree Farm,  she has been teaching riders at Zen Elite Equestrian as well as at Helgstrand's. She will be hosting a public clinic at Helgstrand Saturday afternoon 21 February.

Werth's entry in the World Cup qualifier has prompted the show organizers to collect a general admission fee of $55,78 for Friday freestyle day instead of offering admission for free as usual. General parking is $25.

The CDI-W week is sponsored by Heidi Humphries' Zen Elite Equestrian, which has paid for a "surprise musical performance from Grammy Award-winning artists" on Friday night.
