Oldenburg Stars of Tomorrow in the Spotlight: Collection of 106th Autumn Elite Auction Online

On German Unity Day, the auction stage at the Oldenburg Horse Centre Vechta will shine for the traditional Autumn Elite Auction. On Saturday, 3 October 2026, an exclusive collection of around 30 riding horses and 46 foals awaits an international audience. The collection is now online.

Versatile Collection

The versatile riding horse lot brings together carefully selected dressage and show jumping horses for a wide range of requirements. From promising young horses to already trained sport partners, the collection offers interesting candidates for ambitious sporting goals and individual wishes.

The 46 Oldenburg foals also impress as promising young talents for sport and breeding. With sought-after pedigrees, the Autumn Elite Auction offers the final opportunity of the year to secure a selected young Oldenburg star on the auction stage in Vechta.

Special Dedicated Weekend

Following the successful format of last year, visitors can once again look forward to a special weekend dedicated to the Oldenburg horse in 2026.

The programme begins on Friday, 2 October, with a dressage show. In the evening, the Oldenburg Horse Breeders’ Association invites guests to an auction dinner at the Oldenburg Horse Centre Vechta. The dinner is open to everyone interested. Registration will soon be available via the website.

On Saturday, 3 October, the focus will initially be on the grand final of the OLD Masters powered by DERBY. From 4.00 p.m., the stage will then be set for the 106th Autumn Elite Auction and its selected riding horses and foals. The auction weekend will conclude in festive style with the traditional Championship Party in the evening.

For two days, Vechta will be all about sport, breeding, sales and sharing the experience of the Oldenburg horse.
