The 3-year old Escajana became the price highlight of the 2026 Hanoverian Autumn Elite Auction in Verden on 10 October 2026.
A big collection of 94 young sport horses and foals was offered at the 143rd elite auction held by the Hannoveraner Verband.
Sport Horses
Escajana (by Escanto PS x Veneno) fetched the highest price of the day, selling for 151,000 euro. Bred and owned by Tobias Schult, the bay mare moves to a dressage stable in the Alsace, France.
The second most expensive horse was the 4-year old mare Joyride (by Jovian x San Amour), selling for 124,000 euro. The 2025 Herwart von der Decken Show winning mare is bred and owned by Heinrich Gießelmann.

Ibero Dream (by Ibiza Dream x Florestan) sold for 57,000 euro, while Viano (by Va Pensiero x Dante Weltino) went for 55,000 euro, just like Felicitas (by Filou x Destano). Fair Play (by Fair Deal x Don Frederico) went for 47,000 euro, Despacita (by Despacito x For Romance) for 46,000 euro.
Swedes also bought Tootsie (by Total McLaren x Benicio) for 41,000 euro, while Americans purchased Franka (by For Romance x Gribaldi) for 38,000 euro. Völlig Losgelöst (by Va Bene x San Amour) moves to Belgium for 31,000 euro. A French client got Te Quiero (by Toto Gold x Sarotti Mokka Sahne) for 21,500 euro.

Foals
The most expensive foal was Der Boss (by Donkey Boss x Fidertanz), bred by Kai Baumgartner. The chestnut colt sold for 25,000 euro.
Dynamic Bella (by Dynamic Pur x De Niro) sold for 17,000 euro. Francobello PPS (by Franklin x Escolar) went for 16,000 euro and Vancouver (by Vitalamour x Q-Sieben) for 14,500 euro.
Americans bought Dear Delany (by Delany x Desperados) for 14,000 euro. Viva Rafalca II M (by V-Power x Bretton Woods) went for 11,000 euro.

The foals reportedly achieved an average sales price of 9,010 euro.
