72,000 euro was the highest price of this year's Verden Summer Auction. The Argentinus-daughter Alegra D was bought by the Rietbrock-stable from Sottrum on behalf of a successful Canadian show jumping stable. Alegra D descends from a Lamoureux-dam and was bred and presented by Dr. Wolfgang Döring from Kassel.

Ronatella by Rotspon/Raphael (breeder and presenter: Dieter and Roswitha Loch, Fritzlar) presented convincing canter and walk qualities and was sold at 56,000 euro to regular customers from the United States.

Both top selling horses come from the Hessian regional district of the Hanoverian breeding area. 109 Hanoverian riding horses were sold at an average auction sales price of 12,242.20 euro. This is a new price record at a summer auction.

56% of the horses will be exported. 17 youngsters will travel across the pond to the United States. Spanish customers bought eight horses, seven horses will find their new home in Sweden. New customers from Uzbekistan were actively involved in the auction. They finally purchased two Hanoverian horses.
