Not a dressage horse but a show jumping prospect achieved the highest knock down price at the 2006 Westfalian Autumn Elite Auction in Munster, Germany. The 3-year old bay licensed stallion Con Capilot (by Con Capitol x Pilot) sold for 190,000 euro.
The second best selling horse was another jumper, Con Quest (Cento x Faschingsprinz). He sold for 70,000 euro.
The best selling dressage horse was Feeling Star, a 3-year old liver chestnut mare by Florestan x Ehrentusch. Bred by the Dutch Jenny Ekkel from Geesteren and owned by Adolf Theo Schurf, Feeling Star sold for 62,000 euro. The black stallion Simply the Best (by Sunny Boy x Royal Angelo II) sold to the U.S.A. for 60,000 euro. The bay mare Elysian (Ehrentusch x Rotarier) sold for the same price to Bavaria.
The best selling pony was Lucky Luke, a 4-year old licensed pony stallion by Lateran x Dressmann I. Heiner Rohmann received 41,000 euro for his pony. 47 riding horses sold in Munster and they achieved an average price of 29,615 euro.
