Swiss youth team captain Heidi Bemelmans is thrilled about the level in Switzerland at the moment. "The solid preparation and the very good form of all pairs, which was rewarded with good results at the CDI Ornago and Hagen, show the very positive development. We hope to improve that good form for the Championships. We are happy about three new team rookies, Emma Grandits, Valentine Bineau and Mia Sanna Walser."

Bemelmans will be assisted by teamvet Merit Meier and national team trainer Oliver Oelrich, who will join her in Hartpury, but not at Stregom as the pony Europeans take place at the same time as the World Championships Dressage in Herning.
