The 3-year old Hanoverian Let's Go HRH achieved the top knockdown price at the 2009 November Auction of Hanoverian Sport Horses in Verden, Germany, November 7, 2009.
The bay gelding by Lissabon x Drosselklang II x Waidmannsdank xx sold for 130,000 euro to Swedish Olympic individual medallist Ralf Goran Bengtsson. Germa Thomas Schönig will be training the jumper.
Most expensive dressage horse was Elke Kuchem's 4-year old dark bay gelding Sarastro (by Sandro Hit x Florestan x Artwig). A Lower Saxony based dressage rider paid 53,000 euro for this horse, which was he 1000th horse sold at auction this year in Verden. A Westfalian based dressage rider paid 51,000 euro for Honey Moon K (by Hochadel x Rohdiamant x Akut).
91 Hanoverian sport horses sold in this Novermber auction for an average price of 15,430 euro. 37% of the horses sold abroad.
