No less than 210 foals were presented at the 2010 Westfalian Foal Auction in Münster-Handorf on 7 - 8 August 2010 and the Rhinelander branded colt Licosto's Nummer Eins became the best seller of the show.
Norbert Klein's bay colt by Licosto x Rockwell sold for 33,000 euro to Mr Henglein (owner of sire Licosto) and was the price highlight of this two-day event. The black colt Darth Vader (by Desperados x Dresemann) sold for 30,000 euro while the dark bay Der Showdown (by Don Diamond x Sandro Hit) achieved a knock down price of 25,700 euro.
The best selling filly was Werner Brinkmann's dark bay Rock Revolution (by Rock Forever x Furst Heinrich). She sold for 17,000 euro. Reesink Horses' Ambre Soleil, a bay filly by Ampere x Serano old, sold for 16,700 euro.
The price highlight of the 23 pony foals sold was Ping Pong II, a Westfalian branded liver chestnut colt by Principal Boy x Courage.
