Sir Classic, Bon Bravour, Rousseau's Topas Win Young Horse Trial at 2011 CDN Hulsterlo

The Belgian young horse show circuit continued with a trial at the 2011 CDN Hulsterlo, where Sir Classic, Bon Bravour and Rousseau's Topas surfaced at the top of the leaderboard. Especially the winning 5 and 6-year olds strengthened their position on the ranking for the World Young Horse Championships in Verden.

Stefan Hollanders and Frans van Hove's stallion Sir Classic (by Sir Donnerhall x Classiker) led the 4-year old division with 76.553 points ahead of Mario van Orshaegen on the Hanoverian stallion Lorenzo Lamas (by Laurentio). Simon Missiaen and the mare Kirmen de Mars (by Kaiser Karl x Literio) were third with 73.592 pts.

Tom Franckx-Goen and the Dutch owned KWPN stallion Bon Bravour (by Painted Black x Chronos xx) remained unbeatable in the 5-year old class. He scored 76.420 and stayed well ahead of Tom Heylen aboard Gucci H (by Gribaldi x Wundermeyer) with 71.545 points. Stefan van Ingelgem and the Hanoverian bred Debussy (by Dimaggio x Western Star) were third with almost 10 points less than the winner, 67.920.

Simon Missaen and his Oldenburg auction horse Rousseau's Topas (by Rousseau x Rohdiamant) bested the field in the 6-year old division. The duo scored 72.114 points and referred Wim Nyssen on Ronda (by Rotspon x Akut) to a second place with 70.852. Verena Burger and her home bred Maxifun (by Munchhausen) were third with 67.568 points.
