The 2011 KWPN licensing champion Diebrecht (by Zizi Top x Kennedy) has not completed the 2011 Danish Warmblood Stallion Performance Testing in Vilhelmsborg, Denmark. The bay KWPN stallion, which is owned by Blue Hors stud and renamed Denzel, was taken home before the last day.
Denzel, who was barely saddle broken when he was presented as a 3-year old at the 2011 KWPN Stallion Licensing in February, failed to impress the stallion committee in the 35-day performance testing in Denmark, which is a mandatory phase in order to obtain the approved status for the Danish warmblood society.
The requirement for Danish stallions is to score more than 800 points in the testing. Denzel could not reach that score when the stallion was taken home by his owner a few days before the end of the test.
Blue Hors' KWPN stallion Don Olymbrio (by Jazz) completed the testing with 809 points and was the fourth ranked dressage stallion out of four to finish the testing.
