Danish Anna Kasprzak and her Grand Prix schoolmaster Donnperignon are continuing their international success streak with two more victories at the 2012 CDI Mannheim on 4 - 6 May 2012. The 22-year old rider and her Finnish warmblood gelding by Donnerhall x Mozart II achieved mid 70s marks launching her into Denmark's number one Grand Prix seat for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Trained by Andreas Helgstrand, former young rider Kasprzak scored 76.000 % to win the Grand Prix and referred country mate Nathalie zu Sayn-Wittgenstein on Digby (by Donnerhall x Sandro) to a second place (72.574%). In the Grand Prix Special Anna repeated that feat topping the leaderboard with 77.400%, while zu Sayn-Wittgenstein was again second with 75.467%.
After two brilliant second places at the 2012 CDI Hagen on 26 - 28 April 2012 and two victories in Mannheim, Kasprzak has firmly taken hold of a Danish Olympic team spot.
"The last two weeks have been wild," said an ecstatic Kasprzak. "It will take a long time before I'll back on earth with my two feet."
