Attorneys for the Equestrian Federation of the Dominican Republic (FDDE) have filed their appeal brief against the decision of the FEI Tribunal at the Court for Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.
The FDDE has since received official confirmation from that institution that the process is underway and will be expedited in order to meet the dates for the Olympic Games.
The FDDE is confident that CAS will provide a fair setting for the merits of the case to be weighed and looks forward to the date of the hearing, which should be in the next weeks.
