2012 North American Junior/Young Riders Championships
Brazil will be fielding a team of youth riders to the 2012 North American Junior/Young Riders Championships to be held in Lexington, KY, on 18 - 22 July 2012.
Four young riders and three junior riders were selected by the Brazilian Equestrian Federation to attend a a clinic with trainer Norbert van Laak at the Equestrian Society Paulista in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 10 - 13 May 2012, in preparation of the NAJYRC.
The selected riders are:
- Manuel Tavares de Almeida (YR)- Viheste
- Luisa Silveira (YR)- Dancing Queen
- João Victor Marcari Oliva (YR)- Portugal
- Pedro M. Tavares de Almeida Filho (YR)- Toleirão
- Luiza Magalhães (JR)- Banzai
- Giovana Prado Pass (JR)- Sansão
- Antonio Victor Marcari Oliva (JR)- Zodiac
Marianne van Cleef supervises these youth riders as young talent dressage project manager.
