On Tuesday 12 June 2012 the Dutch selection trials for representation at the 2012 World Young Horse Championships continued in Ermelo, The Netherlands. During the fourth training day after a one month break, the Dutch selectors (Ernes, Hamminga, van der Hoorn) re-assessed the long listed combinations and made a new selection.
Each combination had to ride one of the young horse tests and was afterwards briefly coached by Johan Hamminga. The selectors decided the scratch five 5-year olds off the long list.
The following horses are invited to the next trial on Tuesday 26 June 2012 and are still in the running for Dutch team selection:
