The French bred bay Kasanova de la Pomme (by Bamako de Muze x Malito de Reves) was named champion of the 2013 Belgian Warmblood Stallion Licensing which concluded its third phase at equestrian centre De Warre in Neeroeteren, Belgium on 16 March 2013.
Twenty-one colts in total were approved for breeding for the Belgian warmblood society, amongst them two foreign bred dressage stallions.
The reserve champion was the Spanish owned show jumper Kullen C (by Clarence C x Corofino), while Kafka van de Heffinck (by Calvaro x Diamant de Semilly) was ranked third.
The approved dressage stallions include the Oldenburg licensed San Amour II (by Sandro Hit x Plaisir d'Amour), owned by Belgian Grand Prix rider Mario van Orshaegen, and the Dutch warmblood Dundee (by Lord Leatherdale x Sandro Hit), owned by the Mook Brothers and IPS.
