The 5-year old Delgardo and the 6-year old Dallas were the winners of the small Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the international dressage competition and German WEG Team selection trial at Gestut Peterhof in Perl, on Thursday and Friday 26-27 June 2014.
In the 5-year old division international dressage judges Kathrina Wust, Ghislain Fouarge and Henning Lehrmann put Peterhof head trainer Dorothee Schneider aboard the Hanoverian stallion Delgardo KB (by Dancier x Hohenstein) first). The pair scored 7.6 which sufficed for the victory but was not high enough to achieve the BuCha qualification criterium. The runner up was Sandra van Loon on the Baden Wurttemberger bred stallion Despereaux (by Don Diamond x Abanos) with 7.2.
Nicole Casper was the only rider to obtain the Bundeschampionate qualification criterium out of 14 riders competing in Perl. Aboard the 6-year old Baden Wurttemberger gelding Dallas (by Don Diamond x Damon Hill) she earned an 8.1 from judges Dieter Schule, Katrina Wust and Maribel Alonso. The runner up was Christoph Koschel on the Oldenburg bred Solitaire (by San Amour x Davignon) with a 7.8 score.
