Brilliant, Top Seller at the 2014 AOS Auction

The 2-year old stallion prospect Brilliant (by Bretton Woods x Diamond Hit) became the price highlight of the 2014 AOS Auktion at stallion station Schockemohle in Muhlen, Germany, on 12 October 2014.

The chestnut Oldenburg bred Brilliant is closely related to the Bundeschampion Special Diva (by Sir Donnerhall I) through the dam line. A Danish buyer made the hammer knock down on 220,000 euro.

For the 2-year old show jumping stallion prospect Mister Albführen (by Memphis x Linton)  nomen est omen because stallion station Hofgut Albfuhren acquired the bay colt for 200,000 euro.

The third most expensive horse was Chabello, a 6-year old show jumping by Chacco Blue x Baloubet du Rouet x Widolan, which Mexican buyers acquired for 175,000 euro.

The 2-year old Oldenburg mare Schatzruhe (by Sir Donnerhall I x In Extenso x Castro) switched owners for 95,000 euro.

The most expensive foal at the 2014 AOS Auction was the black colt Greyhall (by Grey Flanell x Donnerhall x Argentan), which sold for 70,000 euro.
