
The Belgian FEI pony dressage scene has lost three of its top scoring international ponies at once. Owner Jochen Arl has sold all his daughters' ponies as both girls have outgrown ponies and are now at junior riders' age.
The 14-year old Belgian Riding Pony Equestricons Epiascer (by Ten Ankers Jerolianca x Large River Cleopas) has been sold to the aspiring Hungarian FEI pony rider Hanna Ivan through team trainer Peter Pachl. The dark bay Epiascer was first competed internationally by Belgian Marie Sommers, followed by Polish Anna Jedrzejczyk and Belgian Charlotte Defalque. In 2012 Epiascer sold to Lavinia Arl who competed the pony at the 2012 and 2013 European Pony Championships. Lavinia also won the 2013 Belgian Pony Championships. Younger sister Antonia took over the ride in 2014 and became 2014 Belgian Pony Champion with him.
The 12-year old Westfalian mare Equestricons Defilee de Mode (by Danny Gold x Nightfever) has been sold to Dutch pony rider Marie Kleinepier who is based near Rotterdam. The dark bay mare was the 2008 Bundeschampion in eventing after placing in the finals the three previous years. Under Antonia Arl, Defilee de Mode competed the 2013 European Pony Championships and she won bronze at the 2013 Belgian Dressage Championships.
The 10-year old Rhinelander gelding Equestricons Valentino has been sold to Eveline Bos from Weert, The Netherlands. The Dornik Double x Power Star B offspring was first competed at international FEI pony level by Belgian Hanne Zwertvaegher. In 2014 he was campaigned by Belgian Elle Peytier.
