One more dressage bred colt has been added to the collection of 98 stallions which are allowed to move on to the second phase of the 2016 KWPN Stallion Licensing in 's Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, in February.
The KWPN society held a "late" pre-selection day on Saturday 19 December for colts who were unable to make it to the regular pre-selection days.
Sixteen stallions were entered for this late pre-selection, but the committee was strict and only accepted one more dressage bred colt. This young stallion is a dark bay Johnson x Jazz offspring bred by the Derks brothers and owned by Ad Valk in partnership with Titan Wilaras.
A chestnut colt by the Danish stallion UNO Don Diego out of a San Remo x Glendale dam, which was accepted as a dressage colt during the normal pre-selection days, was presented in the Gelderlander category and accepted for it.
