German team silver medal winning pony rider Lana Raumanns has acquired Feodor Nymphenburg as her junior rider's mount. The new combination has made its succesful show debut with two medium level victories.

The soon to be 17-year old Raumanns had to say goodbye to her time on ponies at the end of the 2015 show season as her age has forced her to move on to horses and junior rider's level.

Aboard the Dutch Welsh pony Den Ostriks Dailan, Raumanns represented Germany at the 2015 European Pony Championships in Malmo, Sweden, where she won team silver and finished sixth in the Kur to Music finals with 74.850%.

Raumanns is now actively continuing her competition career as a junior rider on her new acquisition, Feodor Nymphenburg, an 8-year old Oldenburg bred gelding by Farewell III x Dormello x Figaro x Waldlöwe.

Feodor Nymphenburg was previously trained and competed by Johanna von Fircks. The pair finished sixth at the 2014 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf and made its Prix St Georges level debut at a national show in Verden in August 2015.

Raumanns and Feodor Nymphenburg have already competed at their first event, a national show in Kreuth, Germany on 22 - 24 January 2016. The pair contested three M-levels classes and won them all. In Kreuth, they edged out German pony rider Liselott Marie Linsenhoff who is now getting her feet wet at junior riders' level aboard her step brother Matthias Rath's Danonchen.
