The formerly licensed KWPN gelding Andretti has been sold Americans Allison Bonanno and Jenifer Zakhary from Las Vegas, U.S.A. Jennifer will ride the black gelding and she is coached by Kathleen Raine and David Wightman.

Bred by C. De Kreij from Giessenburg, The Netherlands, the 11-year old Andretti is by Special D out of Ushi (by Sandro Hit x Eklatant).

Andretti has been ridden by a string of riders, including Marjolein Hart, Theo Hanzon, Tom Franckx, Jorinde Verwimp, and Joyce Lenaerts. As a youngster he claimed fame by winning the 2010 KWPN Stallion Competition and finishing 9th in the 2010 Pavo Cup Finals

In 2012-2013 Andretti as well as the IPS Horse Group owned stallion Don Massimo moved to Norway to be tried out as a junior/young riders horse. Alexandra Andresen acquired Don Massimo and returned Andretti back home.

Anky van Grunsven acquired half ownership of the stallion from IPS Horse Group upon his return from Scandinavia. Her student Jorinde competed the gelded Andretti once at small tour level at the 2015 CDI Roosendaal.

Andretti sired two licensed offspring with the NRPS studbook (Ashwin van de Fryochaborg, Gladstone), none have been accepted by the KWPN.
